Fish Cake Mix 150 grams No MSG
Preparation: Peel and cut up 2 large potatoes and cook until almost tender. Add 1 lb (454 g) fresh fish to the pot and continue to cook until potatoes and fish are soft. Drain well. Add contents of package, 1 egg (beaten) and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of butter. Mix. Form into cakes, approximately 2” in diameter and 3/4” thick. Fry in vegetable oil in frying pan at medium heat until golden brown.
