CC80Country Style Chicken Coating - Gluten Free

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180?C (350?F). In a plastic bag combine 1 lb. (454 g) fresh uncooked chicken pieces with Farmer John's Country Style Chicken Coating Mix. Shake until coated. Place on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot.

Wild Rice Chicken Soup

CS79Chicken Soup Mix with Wild - Gluten Free

Preparation: Place contents of Framer John's Soup Mix and 4 cups (1 litre) of water in a 2 litre saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Potatoe Fixins'

SM155 Maritime Potato Fixins - No Msg Gluten Free

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 lbs (1 kg) potatoes, washed and quartered
1 pkg of Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins
Directions: Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins, potatoes and olive oil. Toss well. Bake until potatoes are golden brown, about 40 minutes.

Savory Meat Loaf

PS119 Maritime Savory Meat Loaf - No Msg Gluten Free

Combine & put in loaf pan:
• Contents of pkg • 2 eggs • 500 g hamburger meat
• 125 ml oatmeal • 175 ml milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.

Blackened Meat Rub

RB01 Blackened Meat Rub - No Msg Gluten Free

Enhance the flavours of grilled meats and vegetables. Simply rub on meat, poultry, fish or vegetables.
Directions:
1. Completely cover all sides of the meat with Farmer John’s Blackened Meat Rub.
2. For best results, spritz oil to prevent spices from burning.
3. Sear both sides of meat on a preheated broiler or grill.
4. Cook to desired preference & enjoy!

RB02 Spicy Meat Rub - No Msg Gluten Free

Chicken Fricot CF124 Acadian Chicken Fricot Farmer John's Own Recipe - No MSG Gluten Free
2-3 chicken breasts, cut up
15 ml butter
1/2 pkg Acadian Chicken Fricot Spices
1.5 lt of water
2-3 potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
In a medium saucepan saute chicken in butter until browned slightly. Add water, Acadian Chicken Fricot spices & potatoes. Cover & allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Salt to taste. Add dumplings!
Fish Cake Mix

FC101 Fish Cake Mix

Preparation: Peel and cut up 2 large potatoes and cook until almost tender. Add 1 lb (454 g) fresh fish to the pot and continue to cook until potatoes and fish are soft. Drain well. Add contents of package, 1 egg (beaten) and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of butter. Mix. Form into cakes, approximately 2” in diameter and 3/4” thick. Fry in vegetable oil in frying pan at medium heat until golden brown.

Savory Sea Salt’s chunky texture is perfect for salt grinders.
Use in rubs for roasted meats, chicken or fish.
INGREDIENTS: SEA SALT, SAVORY, GARLIC, ONION, PEPPER.

Mulling Spice

MS112 Mulling Spice - No Msg Gluten Free

Instructions: Add 1 package of Mulling Spice to 1.5 litres of apple juice, grape juice, cider, tea or wine. Simmer for 20 minutes, (heat wine gently as simmering will boil off alcohol). Strain out spices and serve. Using a steel mesh tea ball eliminate the need to strain.
