Take the chill off winter with Farmer John's Mulling Spice. We use a traditional blend of selected fine spices from around the world to bring you the warmth and comfort of mulled wine or cider. Traditionally used to flavor beer or wine, mulling spices can add flavor to nearly any drink. Our "no sugar added" blend with all natural ingredients offers a healthy alternative to other heavily sugared drinks. "Heavy on the cinnamon and light on the cloves" with a hint of licorice provide by the Star Anise and slightly burnt sugar flavor from the Fenugreek. We hope you enjoy it!

Instructions: Add 1 package of Mulling Spice to 1.5 litres of apple juice, grape juice, cider, tea or wine. Simmer for 20 minutes, (heat wine gently as simmering will boil off alcohol). Strain out spices and serve. Using a steel mesh tea ball eliminate the need to strain.
