Farmer John’s Own Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 lbs (1 kg) potatoes, washed and quartered
1 pkg of Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins, potatoes and olive oil. Toss well. Bake until potatoes are golden brown, about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
